Kirei Sushi+Bar

Located near the corner of Church and Adelaide in downtown Toronto, Kirei is a fairly big sushi restaurant that has been open for a few years now. The restaurant seating is a mix of booths, bar seats and some ‘zashiki’ style seating.

Japango Sushi & Noodle Restaurants

Japango is located on Elizabeth Street, just south of Dundas, right by City Hall. It’s a small restaurant that also happens to be just south of an all you can eat sushi restaurant, Kyoto House.

Wow! Sushi

Wow! Sushi is located on Charles Street, just off a block west of Yonge, in the downtown Yonge and Bloor area of Toronto. It’s a small restaurant that has just opened about a month ago.

Omi Sushi is located on Carlton Street, just off Parliament, in the Cabbagetown area of downtown Toronto. The restaurant is fairly small, with modern decor and 80’s pop music playing.

Etsu is located on the restaurant strip of Baldwin Street, located just north of Dundas between McCaul and Beverley. It is one of at least a few sushi places that call Baldwin Street home.

Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant

Fujiyama Japanese Restaurant is located on the small restaurant and patio strip of Baldwin Street in downtown Toronto. Baldwin Street is tucked in behind Dundas Street between McCaul and Beverly. Fujiyama, named for Mount Fuji, features a patio out front.

NAMI Restaurant

NAMI Restaurant is located on Adelaide East, just West of Church Street, in downtown Toronto. The outside of the restaurant is very unique, giving it a high-end feel.

Ichiban Sushi House

Ichiban Sushi is located near the corner of Front Street East and Wellington Street East in downtown Toronto. This location is one of quite a few in the GTA. The restaurant, right across from the Flatiron building, is quite small inside.

Sakura Ichiban is located right on the corner of Jarvis and Adelaide in downtown Toronto, a short walk from Yonge Street. The area is slowly gentrifying, and is a short walk to St. Lawrence Market. Sakura Ichiban delivers for orders over $40.
